Biography 

Young Hungarian soprano Lilla Takács has started to play the recorder at the Márk Rózsavölgyi Primary School of Art in Balassagyarmat between 2006 and 2013. From 2012 she also studied classical singing. During her music school years, she was an active member of the choir of the institution. 

She graduated from the Bartók-Pikéthy Secondary School of Music in Vác in 2018 as student of  Éva Rácz.  In 2018 she started his studies at the University of Deberecen Faculty of Music majoring in classical singing, her professor is Dr. Ildikó Iván. 

On masterclasses she studied from the following teachers: Ilona Tokody, Atilla Kiss- B., dr. Ildikó Iván, Géza Török, Ágnes Kovács, Nicoleta Ardelean, Júlia Pászthy. She also participated in Musica Mundi course in early music. 

She is one of the permanent soloists of the Saint Crown Choir, she is a member of the Canticum Novum Chamber Choir of the University of Debrecen, where he gained many experiences in the field of recordings and performance of contemporary music. She is also an active member of the György Gulyás Vocational College.

Stage experience:

In 2019 she sang the role of the second witch in Purcell's opera Dido and Aeneas, at the Liszt Hall of the Faculty of Music of the University of Debrecen.

In 2020, she sang the soprano solo in the Vivaldi: Magnificat and Händel: Messianic cross-sections in the Great Church of Debrecen.

She played the title role in the grand operetta Jenő Huszka: Lieutenant Maria, to be presented in the framework of the Philharmonic concert series, directed by Éva Mohos Nagy and László Miske.

She is preparing for the role of Mrs. Herz from Mozart's comedy opera The Impressario, the performance of which is planned for the spring of 2021, also under the artistic direction of Éva Mohos Nagy and László Miske. With the MilleiArt Ensemble chamber orchestra, she will sing a piece composed by Anna Virág with title Cat Cloud.

In 2019 she received the Outstanding Art Scholarship of the University of Debrecen.

In 2021 beside The 11th International József Simándy Singing Competition she also taking part in the  "Wiener Klassiker"  Danubia Talents International ONLINE Singing Competition.
