Biography

István Bocskai was born in 1986, during his elementary and high school years, he learnt to play the violoncello and sang in the school choirs, respectively. Between 2007-2009, he studied folk song by Erika Juhász and had vocal studies by dr. Ildikó Ács Ferencziné at the University of Nyíregyháza.

2012-2014, he sang in the tenor 1. part of the choir of the Csokonai National Theatre in Debrecen, then, 2014-2019, in the choir of the National Theatre of Szeged. Between 1991-2012, he was associated with folk dance at Hajdú Folk Dance Ensemble of Debrecen.
