Biography
Born in 1999 in Kecskemét, the young soprano is currently a 3rd -grade bachelor’s classical singing student of the Béla Bartók Faculty of Music of the University of Szeged.
Ráhel started her general education at the Zoltán Kodály Music School of Kecskemét from where she also graduated, so a musical education has been a part of her life since her childhood. She had been learning to play the violin for 10 years and also had been singing in a choir for 8 years – where she was a soloist at the age of 14 as well. With the choir, they took part in international competitions which they also won. Besides her high school years, she also studied solo singing at the Music Conservatory. When she was in the 10th grade she had the chance to sing with a symphony orchestra, when she decided to go in for singing for a long term. At her secondary school years, her teacher and mentor was Katalin Hajdú, who also prepared her for the entrance exam. As a senior student, she had the opportunity to sing with the accompaniment of the Symphony Orchestra of Kecskemét where she could experience the ecstasy coming from the performing art. During that time, she already was in the middle of preparation for her entrance exam and the final examination. Finally, she started her higher education in Szeged where her teacher became prof. dr. Mária Temesi.
Ráhel is a passionate singer; she improves her artistic skills continuously. She is fascinated by the feeling when she can step on stage and sing.
Besides singing, she devotes time to a balanced life. For Ráhel, a healthy lifestyle is essential every day, therefore, she does sports activities regularly, and pays attention to bring her best form physically anytime. She keeps up her mental skills with reading and self-improvement.
Her hobbies are reading, many forms of sports, such as running, roller-skating, hiking, swimming, and listening to music of course.
