The South-Korean tenor carries out his studies since 2016 at the Berlin University of the Arts, by prof. Albert Possendorfer and by prof. Aris Argiris. He already had the chance to sing at numerous concerts in very diverse places such as Ev. Jesus-Christ Church in Berlin-Konradshöhe, in the St. Matthäus Church, Emmaus-Church, Bundesallee UDK, Boris-Van-Saal Maison de France or the Immanuelchurch in Essen. He also took part in charity concerts and a Mozart-Master course in the frame of the Da Ponte Opera Program.
Due to his numerous performances, he also disposes of a wide range of repertoire: He sings pieces from Bach, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Mozart, Max Reger, Hugo Wolf, and Schumann. Furthermore, he also knows works among others by Beethoven, Haydn, Händel, Telemann, Schubert, Puccini and Donizetti. Donghyung speaks German, English, Korean and Italian.
