Biography
Born in 2001, the interest in music of the young countertenor from Budapest came up in his very young years, when he started to visit his mother’s, Zsuzsanna Kapuy’s music teaching lessons and concerts. Nowadays, he is a 13th-grade student of the Béla Bartók Conservatory.
Tamás started his music education in the György Solti Music School in the 12th district where his teacher was Gyöngyi Szalados. Then, at the age of 9, he continued his training in the Antal Molnár Music School with the violin by Andrásné Szakszon. He was admitted from here to the Béla Bartók Conservatory into the class of Zoltán Tuska. He started his second school year in the class of Tamás Rónaszéki.
His 13th grade is led by Ágnes Soltész and Tamás Rónaszéki.
Besides his studies in violin, he has been continuing studies in voice for three years by Veronika Kiss-Dobi. His talent for singing and special ability in voice was discovered by Soma Dinyés at one of the solfeggio lessons when Tamás sang the men’s part an octave higher.
Besides his teacher, Tamás is mostly inspired by Jakub Józef Orliński and Philippe Jaroussky.
It’s a great pleasure for him that he can perform his favorite Vivaldi-aria at the József Simándy International Singing Competition.
