Biography

Young Serbian mezzo soprano Svjetlana Đokić has received her musical education in Novi Sad. She received her Master's degree from The  Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in opera singing in 2019 as student of Prof. Ljiljana Lišković. Between 2017-2019 she also attended to Opera Studio of National Theatre of Belgrade. Between 2010-2013 she studied singing in class of Prof. Senka Nedeljković and in between 2005-2008 she studied to play the piano in class of  Aleksandar Rašković. 

Ms. Svjetlana Đokić is continously looking for to improve her singinig. She took part in master class of the acknoledged Hungarian baritone Mihály Kálmándi in Novi Sad in 2018 and at The 17th International Master Class of  the world famous Bulgarian soprano Raina Kabaivanska in Sofia in 2017.

Ms. Đokić excelled in many competitions in Serbia:

2016. – 3rd Prize, International Singing Competition „Petar Konjović“, Belgrade

2015. – 2nd Prize, International Singing Competition “Vera Kovač Vitkai”, Novi Sad

2014. – 2nd Prize, International Singing Competition „Petar Konjović “, Belgrade
