Biography 

Coming from Montenegro, Ms. Tomašević received her bachelor’s degree in solo singing at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in Serbia. Currently, she is studying opera performance at the masters’ level. She gained some work experience too as a music teacher in Herceg Novi.

Being a polylingual person, she has basic knowledge in French and German, intermediate knowledge in Italian and Russian and speaks Serbian at an advanced level. Besides this, she possesses numerous digital skills.

Ms. Tomašević visited master courses hold by Olivera MIljaković (Austria), Mihály Kálmándi (Hungary) Ljiljana Lišković (Serbia), Olga Makarina (USA), Snežana Nena Brzaković (Germany), Lilia Ilieva (Bulgaria), Katherine Haataja (Finland/Serbia), Radmila Smiljanić (Serbia), Silvano Zabeo (Italy), Giorgio Surian (Croatia) and Milica Stojadinović (Serbia).

Her repertoire includes Pamina from Mozart’s The Magic Flute, The nursing sister from Puccini’s Sister Angelica, Ciesca from Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Mimi from Puccini’s La Bohème, Desdemona from Verdi’s Otello, Zerline from Delibes’ La fille du golfe, Socrate from Satie’s Socrate and Eugénie from Tailleferre’s La pauvre Eugénie.

Ms. Tomašević has been honored with several awards, such as the 1st place of the Lazar Jovanović International Singing Competition, 1st places of the Bruna Špiler International Singing Competition, scholarships of the Ministry of Education of Montenegro for the most talented student, 1st place of the Vera Kovač Vitkai International Competition or the scholarship of the Melanija Bugarinović and her Daughter Mirjana Kalinović-Kalin Foundation.
