Biography

The Serbian soprano Vesna Đurković (born in 1992), received her master’s diploma in opera singing at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade. Between 2016 and 2018 she was a member of the Opera Studio of the National Theatre Belgrade.

In the recent years, she visited master courses by Krum Galabov, Daniela Diakova, Bojidar Nikolov, Olga Makarina, David Bižić, Predrag Gosta and Marijana Mijanović.

She won numerous awards, among others the first price of the Nikola Cvejić International Singing Competition in 2016, the Award of AR Vojvodina Talents in 2011, the first price and the Award for the Most Beautiful Voice of the Bruna Spiler Competition (2011), the first price of the Obzorja na Tisi International Competition (2011) and the first price of the Lazar Jovanović International Singing Competition (2010).
