Biography

Young Hungarian baritone Tamás Kocka  graduated from the University of Szeged  Faculty of Music in 2019. He received his Master's degree in Opera as a student of István Andrejcsik. He completed his Bachelor's studies as classical singer at  University of Miskolc  Béla Bartók Institute of Music in 2017. 

He gained stage experience in several opera productions: 

Mozart:  Così fan tutte - Guglielmo,  National Theater of Szeged, 2020

Puccini: Gianni Schicchi - Marco,  National Theater of Szeged, 2019

Leoncavallo: Bajazzók - Silvio,  National Theater of Szeged, 2019

Kodály: János Háry (cross section) - János Háry, Vörösmarty Theater in Székesfehérvár and Alba Regia Symphony Orchestra, 2017

In 2020 he was engaged for the role of Biterolf  in Wagner: Tannhäuser production of  National Theater of Szeged  

He has also gained a number of production experiences as a member of choirs and choirs

As a member of the Europa Choir Academy - Berlioz: Romeo and Juliet, Stuttgart, 2017.

As a member of the Voicestation choir, he has performed several times on studio recordings, television shows, and as a vocalist for large bands: Havasi Symphonic, Honey Beast, After Crying

He has already had the opportunity to sing on major television shows. He is a frequent performer in the programs of Gyöngyös city and its region.

Interests

In addition to singing, she enjoys playing guitar and piano. He has been playing sports since the age of 11: football, futsal, athletics, swimming, tennis, table tennis, cycling, bodybuilding. He also speaks English and German.
